Listen guys, it's a rough time for Bebop. This build is my attempt to keep the gloves on and keep punching, using melee's strong early game to set up stacks for a hybrid late game. This build is heavily inspired by Milichip's build and was made with his and Watotodile's input. This build will likely be subject to frequent changes.
