Cable's First Pass Venator

Based on my years of playing gun carries, this is my first shot at a Venator build. We're prioritizing putting points into our 1 and 4 - 1 to be able to keep anti-heal up and apply burns, 4 for strong long-range damage and executes. The bulk of your damage is coming from your gun and we prioritize flat damage upgrades as your abilities scale off of them too. This build is an active work in progress, but items are labelled for your convenience.
