Splatter Support Viscous

This is my compromise between a full support build and a damage build. The idea here is that Echo Shard can be used on either Cube or Splatter and be pretty good for both depending on the situation. I suppose it can also be a janky ass Extra Charge. Anyway Splatter fucking hurts. Cube / Rescue Beam people. Blow your CDs and Ball out for team fights and just have a good time.
