Build heavily relies on HMC for movement, practice this tech and abuse it until its removed. Siphon bullets is a massive power spike and once you have it you should start playing active. I usually get it around 12-14 minutes Max bomb + inhibitor removes 65% damage and lets you 1v1 any thing lategame
