Phases come from when Nurse Harrow's players usually buy each item (Phantom+).
Extra charge feels comfy.
Reload your Healing Needles.
Very good for movement/escape and more Kinetic Dash procs.
If they have Pocket and you plan to get Divine Barrier.
Good scaling on Healing Needles.
I do not like it, but I see the appeal.
Free healing needles charge rate and single target anti-healing.
Versus catch. Bebop, Holliday and Paradox.
If you need to parry important spells.
Good if you have a lot of Leech Therapy stacks and you have about 50/s health regen or more.
Ultimate and Unstoppable duration.
One more charges in late game can change everything.
This item will give 35% fire rate and 1.2m move speed to the teammate you are healing.
Ricochet works on your Healing Needles, but be careful because Ricochet's healing is 50%. Prioritize someone with low HP.
Insane item for your ultimate. PRESS IT BEFORE USING YOUR ULTIMATE, YOU CANNOT USE IT WHILE ULTING.
Shield is very strong and that's another anti-CC proc.
POCKET COUNTER.
Your whole kit is spirit but this is insane for Healing Needles.
Double ultimate, I guess.
Good if you need to counter Geist, Pocket and Yamato.
Say shush to M1 carry.
Versus a lot of M1 or if a M1 is a problem. (Wraith, Vyper, etc).
If you have a strong brawler, throw it at them and get insane uptime while healing them. (Maxed Healing Needles make items duration x2).
Shut down the problematic target.
/!\ STILL TESTING /!\
They have too much spirit burst.
