To use this build, you'll need to be familiar with most items in Deadlock, so that you can pivot around what's necessary to your needs. Warden / 50 Cent is currently underpowered, so going L-R won't save you here. However, if you wanna be a massive gigachad by pressing 4, getting the right mix of items allows you to basically win all fights lol.
