The build aims to have gun spike with lvl 2 ult for the first rift to guarantee win it with resistances. If you are off just jungle and do boxes hopefully in time. When lane is going really bad you can go for heroic aura and there should be no way you lose first rift. Cultist is best bought when playing in right lane while ahead, so you can steal the enemy 2.5 camp at 8 mins. Play for every rift and mid boss that you can. Grenades will do heavy lifting before siphon.
