iL.Strix™ Paradox Build [Carbine/Hybrid]

Heavily structured and annoted! Building purely for Carbine is very fun, but it feels like a waste when you can get 90% of the dmg on Carbine while utilizing the rest of your kit to a much higher degree by swapping a few items. That is the idea behind this build. As always: Break build order where necessary. Quite a few annotations with my thoughts (helpful for new players).
