P's Ivy for Pocket Medic Girlfriends

Based off of FatCuks ivy. Torment Pulse is very weak before EE and TC. So I find its better to take later or save for scourge. Or Take Siphon before TC. Make sure you team takes atleast ONE walker. Anyways, best Ivy build probably. ALWAYS MAX KUDZU CONNECTION
