15% spirit resist is super needed, +2 regen, and a good bit of extra spirit power most of the time, sameish value to spirit lifesteal

If your too lazy to go to his twitch, the whole spiel is that duration is just unneeded on Mo, 99% of combos dont need that extra one second to kill, and that 1% isnt worth spending 3200 souls,
