Bebop combo taylor's version

Not a tanky build, although we do have some resists. It's a "If you hit your combo they guarantee die" build. Toss bombs in lane (land grabs when possible for ez sticks obvi) then transition to your combo once you have maxed upperccut and got slowing bullets.
