Rey's Anti-Gun Gun Tank

This build is based around heavily investing into bullet resistance. You can reach a maximum of 98% bullet res, and typically by late game you'll still have 80% PASSIVE bullet resistance. You also grab some spirit resistance to become a giga tank while standing in your heal and blasting the enemy to death while they just tickle you with their gun.
